Hi! My name is SALLY KWOK.

I'm a senior at Vanderbilt University majoring in Medicine, Health, and Society and minoring in Computer Science. I'm currently doing research at Vanderbilt's veriVITAL Lab.The project focuses on implementing natural language processing and auto-summarization technology to electronic health records in order to optimize data entry into the system.

Having once been a pre-Medical student, I became aware of issues in health services that cost us time, money, and quality of care. My dream is to optimize the system by targeting pertinent, but overlooked problems in health services in order to improve the experience for both patients and physicians.

In my down time, I love to read, experiment with new cuisines, create new playlist on Spotify, and make gifts for my friends (origami, drawings, knittings, you name it!)
